By accessing the Ghost Cable terminal, manifesting a node, or executing a payment through our secure gateway, you agree to be bound by the following Network Directives. Read these terms carefully. They are strictly enforced to ensure the integrity, speed, and stability of the collective grid for all active users.

1. DIGITAL PROVISIONING & INFRASTRUCTURE

Ghost Cable operates strictly as a digital network provider. We supply encrypted access credentials (Xtreme Codes, m3u links) to connect to the Strong 8K (CDNGOLD) infrastructure.

Hardware Independence: We do not sell, rent, or support physical hardware. It is the user's sole responsibility to secure compatible hardware (e.g., Firestick, Nvidia Shield, Android Box) and appropriate player applications (e.g., TiViMate, Televizo).

Manual Activation: To maintain grid security, all access passes are provisioned manually by our technicians. While most loadouts are dispatched instantly, please allow standard processing time during peak terminal hours.

2. THE "NO REFUND" DIRECTIVE

Because Ghost Cable allocates permanent server bandwidth to your specific node the moment your credentials are generated, all sales are final.

We do not issue refunds, partial credits, or payment reversals for activated nodes under any circumstances.

If you are uncertain about your hardware capabilities or internet routing, it is highly recommended that you utilize our 24-Hour Diagnostic Trial before committing to a long-term digital loadout.

3. NODE SECURITY & USAGE LIMITS

Your access credentials are custom-encrypted for your specific pipeline.

Credential Protection: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your network credentials, posting them on public forums, or attempting to resell access without an authorized Wraith Nexus Reseller Panel.

Connection Limits: Your node is restricted to the exact number of concurrent connections secured during your loadout checkout. Attempting to bypass this limit and connect unauthorized devices will trigger an automatic firewall response.

Violation Consequence: Breach of node security will result in an immediate, permanent severance of your connection without a refund.

4. NETWORK STABILITY & ISP INTERFERENCE

Our network administration maintains a 99.9% uptime on the core infrastructure. However, we do not control your local pipeline.

ISP Throttling: Ghost Cable is not liable for buffering, dropped frames, or network latency caused by your local Internet Service Provider (ISP) actively throttling streaming traffic.

VPN Integration: Our grid is 100% VPN-friendly. If you experience ISP interference, we strongly advise routing your connection through a secure VPN.

Routine Maintenance: To ensure the Infinite Vault remains updated and the EPG (TV Guide) stays synchronized, the grid will undergo periodic, scheduled maintenance flushes.

5. CONTENT AVAILABILITY

The Ghost Cable directory is a dynamic, relentlessly updated feed. While we provide access to 30,000+ live channels and a massive VOD library, specific channels, events, and on-demand assets are subject to change, relocation, or removal without prior notice as the global grid shifts.

6. TERMINAL MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update, alter, or replace any part of these Network Directives by posting updates to this terminal. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the grid following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
